When you ask yourself the question ‘Why am I feeling sad/angry/upset/emotional?’ it is an act of friendliness to yourself. Then, as you are reaching for your energy medicine tools you are doing so consciously and can spend the time that you are taking to hold points or trace meridians etc to be honouring the issue and thinking creatively with your whole mind.
  1. Bring on the tools! Now you have an understanding of what is knocking you off balance and are applying your whole-body system to work creatively with it here are the EM tools that can help in general situations;
  2. Do the HOOK UP to gather yourself back together and then do it again after whichever exercise below is most suitable for you…and you can try them all…which one helps you the most?
  3. If you are feeling upset or emotional the do the Heart Loop
  4. If you are feeling angry do Activating the Cells
  5. If you are feeling flat and low do Activating the Cells
  6. If you are feeling vulnerable Clean and energise the Central Meridian and the do the Celtic Weave
  7. If you are feeling physical tiredness do the Daily Energy Routine or at least theHomolateral crossover
  8. To activate the Radiant Circuits do the Nine Hearts exercise
  9. End with a Hook UP!
