plantar fascitis em

Kidney and bladder run on both sides of achilles.Sqeeeze them/breathe energy into them many times a day.Sedate and strengthen both meridians.Stretch heels down below stair steps frequently.Stimulate K1 on bottom of foot.Sweeping the meridian involved is always helpful. It is of greater effectiveness to put one hand on K3 while sweeping the Bladder meridian .Hold bladder 40 for sweeping the kidney

Kelmie Blake Since Triple Warmer governs the muscles on the back of the calf, you'll also want to work with it. Light hairbrush tapping on the backs of calves can be helpful. Also flossing the gaits & clearing any irregular energies there. Doing a deep electrics session using the K-1s as the access points can really soften things up.

Helene Brecker Thanks Kelmie

Stephanie Congo How does one do deep electrics with the K-1s? Sounds interesting.... just use those pts instead of electric pts?

Kelmie Blake Stephanie Congo , yes, exactly. Do all the electrics prep but hold those instead. Works amazingly for many things, including grounding.

Christina Dixon Would you have to hold with middle finger? Is that awkward?

Kelmie Blake Not any more awkward than holding someone's head. If I were doing it to myself, I'd cross my arms.
